Job title: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Duration: 12 months (W2-contract)
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid - local candidates only)
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, self-directed developer with strong Salesforce Apex, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, SOQL, .NET, SQL, and full-stack web development experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, maintain, and support custom Salesforce applications.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce Pages.
- Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements verification, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
- Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions for application integration.
- Support development and ongoing maintenance of the CT-KIND system.
- Work with the System Integrator to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure long-term maintainability of assigned modules.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective solutions.
- Work with agency stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Drive assigned work from requirements through implementation.
- Mentor less-experienced technical staff and share knowledge with the development team.
- Support application integration and end-to-end web development activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall professional IT/development experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience coding Salesforce Apex using OOP principles.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development and design patterns.
