Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud (2 positions)
Location: Houston, TX
Work Arrangement: Remote
Duration: 3-6 months
(Prior Entergy experience is MUST)

Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced Sr. Salesforce Developers to support Service Cloud enhancements and ongoing Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience and be able to work closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications and features.
- Work on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Classes, and Flows.
- Gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and security.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using APIs and web services.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and release activities.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Business Analysts, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, Classes, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and configuration/customization.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and sharing rules.
- Experience with deployment tools such as SFDX, Git, or Copado.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Experience with large enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Experience supporting production applications and Service Cloud enhancements.
