SAP Project ManagerPay Range: $75/hour to $85/hour
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SAP Project Manager to lead a complex, large-scale SAP implementation. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivering enterprise ERP programs and successfully coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle SAP implementation projects, including planning, execution, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
- Oversee cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Manage project governance, ensuring effective risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate data migration activities and ensure system integration across SAP modules
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies, including training and end-user adoption
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for stakeholders
Qualifications- Extensive experience leading full-cycle SAP implementations in complex environments
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, integration points, and data migration processes
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams and drive collaboration across functions
- Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within scope and budget
- Expertise in project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred (Not Required)- PMP, Agile, or SAP-related certifications
- Experience in organizational change management and user adoption strategies
