Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
⢠Bachelorâs Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of
education and work experience
⢠4-8+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
⢠Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders
⢠Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual
improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
⢠Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally

⢠Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-
functional organization
