Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. SAP Security Analyst with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA security, SAP GRC, Fiori, and OData services to support critical business processes and security initiatives within a regulated life sciences, healthcare, or related industry environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and designing SAP S/4HANA security solutions, configuring and maintaining SAP GRC components, managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and rulesets, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. The role will also partner with audit teams, provide technical support for various initiatives, and develop and maintain security test scripts.
Job Responsibilities
- Experience configuring business systems software in a life sciences, health care, or related industry.
- Ability to architect and design SAP S/4 security solutions for critical business processes utilizing best practices.
- Demonstrated experience to partner with audit teams and establish benchmarks.
- Demonstrated working knowledge with SAP GRC for various modules such as Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR), Compliant User Provisioning (CUP), Superuser Privilege Management (SPM), Emergency Access Management (EAM) etc.
- Maintain, monitor, and update SOD policies and procedures in accordance with audit requirements.
- Participate and provide technical support as member of various initiatives. Create and maintain security test scripts.
- Demonstrated experience on working with Fiori roles, OData services in compliance with SOD rulesets.

Experience configuring business systems software in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
Strong experience designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA security solutions for critical business processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP GRC RAR, CUP, SPM, and EAM.
Experience partnering with audit teams and supporting internal/external audit requirements.
Knowledge of SoD controls, policies, rulesets, and compliance requirements.
Experience securing SAP Fiori applications and OData services.
Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts and role design.
Experience developing and maintaining security test scripts.
Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and provide technical support across multiple initiatives.
