Your role:
- Expert in beverage solutions and emulsions, including flavor oils, cloud emulsions, and functional ingredient delivery
- Apply deep understanding of interfacial chemistry and emulsions technology to design stable and high-performing formulations
- Develop innovative approaches addressing: clean label requirements, Natural emulsion products and techniques, Clear nano emulsion technology and other state of the art techniques and ingredient/process trouble shooting.
- Lead development from concept to launch
- Lab formulation pilot industrial scale
- Ensure performance across: Stability (thermal, mechanical, shelf-life), Sensory attributes (mouthfeel, opacity, flavor release), translating customer briefs into technical solutions in collaboration with flavorists and application teams
- Engage directly with key customers to co-develop beverage solutions
- Support commercial teams with technical expertise and presentations
- Participate in strategic customer projects and innovation sessions
- Partner with operations to ensure robust and scalable processes
- Optimize processing conditions such as homogenization and micro fluidization
- Troubleshoot challenges supporting production of emulsion products.
About you:
- 7-10 years in flavor, ingredient, or beverage companies
- Proven experience in: Emulsion-based flavor delivery, Beverage development across multiple categories, Experience in customer-facing or commercial R&D roles
- Proven-track experience in Emulsion stability mechanisms (coalescence, Ostwald ripening, flocculation), Ingredient functionality (emulsifiers, hydrocolloids, weighting agents),
- Experience with scale-up, process parameters and manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GRAS, global compliance)
- Previous Knowledge of analytical parameters while navigating projects-
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational kills
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Customer-focused mindset
- Clear communicator, able to translate complex science into business impact
- Willingness to Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical networks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to balance diverse projects pipelines and challenging timelines.
- Recognized expertise in emulsions within the organization
- Track record of successful commercial launches
- Ability to lead complex, high-visibility projects

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected annual salary range for this position is USD $120,000.00 - USD $175,000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
