Scismic is supporting the growth of an exciting company in the Boston area! We're seeking a Senior Scientist to lead biomarker strategy and translational research for autoimmune disease programs. You'll collaborate across research and clinical teams to generate insights from patient samples, support clinical development, and advance innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage external CROs and clinical partners. 
•  Oversee development and implementation of PK, ADA, and biomarker assays. 
•  Analyze complex immunology datasets (flow cytometry, CyTOF, scRNA-seq, cytokine profiling, transcriptomics). 
•  Support regulatory submissions, clinical reports, and scientific publications. 
•  Evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen translational research. 

Qualifications

•  Ph.D. in Immunology or related field. 
•  3-7 years of industry experience in translational immunology, preferably in autoimmune diseases. 
•  Experience with bioanalytical assay development and CRO management. 
•  Hands-on expertise with immune profiling technologies.
•  Strong understanding of human immunology and experience communicating scientific findings across cross-functional teams. 

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 depending on experience
