The Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager will support the Telematics Portfolio by driving planning, coordination, execution, and delivery across complex cross-functional initiatives. The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, Business, and Portfolio leadership to improve delivery predictability, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
Responsibilities :
Drive planning, coordination, execution, and delivery across complex cross-functional initiatives within the Telematics portfolio.
Partner with Portfolio Leadership, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business stakeholders to align priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
Build and maintain initiative plans, milestone schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), dependency maps, and communication plans.
Facilitate portfolio planning sessions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, roadmap discussions, and cross-functional working sessions.
Help teams define scope, prioritize work, sequence initiatives, identify trade-offs, and support timely decision-making.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, impediments, and delivery blockers across multiple teams.
Coordinate cross-team activities to ensure successful execution of large-scale technology initiatives.
Apply Scrum and Lean-Agile principles to improve delivery predictability, workflow efficiency, team health, and product quality.
Track initiative health using Agile metrics, KPIs, and delivery insights to drive continuous improvement.
Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics.
Standardize Jira processes and ensure high-quality data to support portfolio reporting and Shibumi allocation calculations.
Monitor sprint progress, velocity, burndown/burnup charts, cycle time, lead time, and other Agile delivery metrics.
Partner with Engineering teams to manage technical planning, release coordination, technical dependencies, and delivery risks.
Coach Agile teams on Scrum best practices, planning, execution, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of transparency, shared ownership, servant leadership, and high-performing Agile teams.
Support organizational change initiatives through effective communication, planning, stakeholder engagement, and follow-through.
Participate in Scrum Master communities of practice by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements.
Collaborate with Product Management and Business stakeholders to align business goals with technical delivery.
Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities from planning through release and post-production support.
Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, stakeholder updates, and portfolio health reports.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource coordination across multiple Agile teams.
