Job Description

Required skills:

• ServiceNow platform expertise (development, configuration, integration).
• JavaScript and scripting knowledge.
• API integration (REST/SOAP web services).
• ITSM and ITOM process optimization
• ITSM, CSM, HAM, and FSM experience
• Agile/Scrum project delivery.
• Technical documentation and system design.
• Troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
