Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT service management and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, and process automation, along with hands-on experience across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, and FSM modules.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, customizations, and integrations.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure workflows, Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Develop technical documentation and participate in code reviews and design discussions.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, and FSM modules.
  • Expertise in workflow automation, system integrations, and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
