Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support and enhance IT service management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules, including forms, workflows, interfaces, and other components to support ITIL processes
- Manage day-to-day administration of the platform, including user access, group management, configurations, and scripting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules based on business needs and industry best practices
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to platform configurations and performance
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, workflows, and user guides
Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and administering the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
- Experience with scripting, integrations, and workflow development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
