Power Platform Developer

Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time Available

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain business applications, automated workflows, and analytics solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI
• Develop and manage data models in SharePoint
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and automations
• Implement security, governance, and data loss prevention (DLP) controls
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and support materials
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support

Required Skills

Strong experience with:

• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• SharePoint

Additional requirements:

• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integration
• Experience with JSON and data integration
• Understanding of Power Fx formulas and workflow expressions
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) and solution deployment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
