A Taste of What Youll Do
Are you passionate about keeping people safe and protecting the environment and ready to make a real, visible impact every day? GALLO is looking for an Sr. Site EHS Specialist to help build and sustain a workplace where every team member goes home safe.
In this role, youll be a hands-on champion for environmental, health, and safety excellence across our operations. Youll conduct facility audits and compliance assessments, develop and implement site-specific EHS programs, and maintain the tracking systems and performance scorecards that keep our leadership informed and our operations on track. From managing OSHA 300 logs and hazardous material inventories to supporting third-party certifications like ISO, VPP, and PSM, your work will touch every corner of the site.
Youll also play a meaningful role in prevention and continuous improvement participating in root cause analyses, monitoring corrective actions, and contributing to Management of Change reviews and Pre-Start Safety Reviews. Youll develop and deliver training programs that educate and empower team members at all levels, and youll collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to drive consistent, compliant outcomes. When contractors are on site, youll be there too inspecting activities and ensuring standards are met.
