Your Role: Senior Site Safety Manager
What You'll Do:
The Senior Site Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety of construction and project sites. This role includes interpretating and enforcing health and safety policies, conducting regular site inspections, and providing leadership and guidance to site safety managers under their supervision. The manager will proactively identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and direct incident investigations and reporting.

across subordinate safety managers with client requirements.

What You Bring
Education:
High School Diploma / GED
Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health & Safetu from an accredited ABET school PREFERRED
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 of years of direct Industrial Construction Safety experience.
Minimum 5 of years of practical experience as a Site Safety Manager and enforcing safety management programs.
Additional Skillset Required:
A minimum certification is REQUIRED and can be any of the
following:
Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP)
Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
Construction Site Safety Supervisor (CSSS)
Construction Site Safety Technician (CSST)
Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician (OHST)
Safety Management Specialist (SMS)
Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP)
Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS)
Certified Occupational Safety Manager (COSM)
OSHA 510
Skills:
Experience with U.S. regulations applicable for HSE.
Experience with management systems compliant to standards OHSAS 18001 (or ISO 45001).
Experience performing Internal workshop/site audits and HSE management system audits.
Knowledgeable of the respective industry recognized standards used in construction project
inspections.
Expert knowledge of Human Performance Principles and Theory.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead and influence other decision makers within the organization.
