Arcfield is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and sustainment of mission-critical software solutions in support of NSWC Crane programs. In this role, you will use advanced software engineering practices to transform system and user requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures. Working closely with cross-functional teams-including hardware, systems, cybersecurity, and test organizations-you will ensure that software capabilities meet stringent reliability, performance, and security standards required for mission success. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of modern software development practices, and proven experience delivering software solutions in regulated and complex DoD/Navy environments.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
