QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
8+ years of professional software development experience with significant
involvement in system and solution architecture.
Expert proficiency in one or more modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
Proven track record designing and operating containerized workloads (Docker,
Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, ARM).
Hands-on experience identifying and mitigating security risks using OWASP,
SAST/DAST tools, and zero-trust principles.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven
architectures, and messaging platforms.
Proficiency with observability stacks (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Demonstrated success leading Agile teams using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Industry certifications (CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Cloud Architect).
Experience in regulated or security-sensitive domains (finance, healthcare,
defense).
Background in real-time, low-latency systems (trading platforms, gaming engines).

Experience in the insurance industry, especially in auto claims processing systems or related domains.
