F5, Inc. seeks Sr Software Engineer in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties: Follow and contribute to test standards and procedures on a wide range of major product components. Collaborate with the team and program leads to develop a feature test plan. Write scripts for test automation. Collaborate with team members and technical leads. Research, investigate and define new areas of test technologies or methodologies to improve the testing of products. Evaluate performance and modify the design of product test automation. Demonstrate understanding of networking protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTP2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to juniors engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team. Responsible for developing or testing computer software applications, systems or services. Take a proactive approach to identify, analyze, and resolve software defects, collaborating with the team to ensure the product's stability and reliability. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from company office in Seattle, WA.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Information Systems, or closely related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Python; (2) TypeScript; (3) HTML; (4) Jenkins; (5) PostgreSQL; (6) JavaScript; (7) TensorFlow; (8) PyTorch; (9) Spark; and (10) Agile Development.
