Role Sr Software engineer
Location Secaucus, NJ(Hybrid)
Job Details:
This software engineer role will be a key contributor to the Patient Reporting Service, the software Engineer would work with Business / Technology / Clienthitecture teams to
understand requirements & develop cutting-edge digital products. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding & hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing web-based reporting services in the cloud
Responsibilities:
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, enterprise Clienthitects and IT teams, to develop and deliver high-quality software.
" Leverage knowledge of industry trends to build best in class technology to provide competitive advantage.
" Participate in code reviews, providing valuable feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
" Maintain detailed documentation of your work and changes following the best practices.
" Ensure high operational efficiency and quality of your solutions to meet SLAs and support commitment to our customers.
" Provide ongoing support, monitoring and maintenance of deployed applications.
Skills:
" Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
" Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering.
" Expertise in Java programming language including frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate etc.,
" Expertise in REST API development.
" Proficiency in implementing java rules engines such as Drools.
" Proficiency in Enterprise java applications using EJB, JMS and server-side programming. Hands on experience with WebLogic application server
" Proficiency in migrating on-prem applications to cloud-native applications
" Expertise in implementing scalable containerized computing and solutions for example Kubernetes, Docker etc.,
" Good hands-on experience working with Oracle & MySql DB.
" Proficiency in data formats such as JSON, HL7, and XML
" Agile Development, DevSecOps, and standard software development tools such as Git and Jira
" Deep technical knowledge of 1 public cloud services (preferably Clienture)
" Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
" Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Other requirements:
" Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably focusing on clinical and billing data.
" Experience with tools like Dynatrace.
