_Sr Software Quality Supervisor for Hand Held Products Inc. (Charlotte, NC)_

_RESPONSIBILITIES:_

+ Requirements and design;

+ Software architecture and coding;

+ Integration;

+ Certification Testing;

+ Feature Definition;

+ Customer Support;

+ Verification and Validation;

+ Talent Management;

+ Leading others.

_YOU MUST HAVE:_

+ Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with software development.

+ Full term of experience must include: understanding various software development lifecycle; knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices; business oriented approach to software development; and leadership skills.

+ Telecommuting permitted 2 times per week.

_ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:_

+ Job Site: Charlotte, NC

+ 40 hours/week

+ Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500
