Commercial CRM Specialist who is ready to wear multiple hats: Strategist, Technologist, and Marketer.
You will own the full lifecycle of customer relationship management for our B2B clients. You won't just be launching campaigns; you will be architecting the data and journeys that connect our commercial fleet customers to our suite of services (Telematics, Charging, Software). You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data to deliver world class experiences
What Youa €ll Do

Architect B2B Customer Journeys: Design and implement audience centric journeys across the full lifecyclea €from lead acquisition and nurturing to onboarding, cross sell/upsell, and win back. You will ensure the right message reaches the right stakeholder (Fleet Manager vs. Driver) at the right time

Technical Campaign Execution: Build and execute complex automated campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud. You will utilize HTML, CSS, AMPScript, and SQL to develop dynamic, templated messaging and troubleshoot campaign assets.

Drive Account Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate with Sales teams to develop ABM strategies within Salesforce, targeting high value accounts with tailored messaging that supports sales conversions.

Master the Data Architecture: You will manage the complexities of B2B data relationships (one to many, company to employees, company to vehicles) and define data triggers for always on campaigns.

Optimize
Iterate: Embrace a "test and learn" mindset. You will analyze customer signals with our analytics teams (GDIA) to optimize open rates, clicks, and conversions, continuously refining our segmentation and creative approach.
Skills:
a €¢
Bachelora €s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
a €¢
3 5 years of experience in customer centric digital marketing and marketing automation, with a specific focus on B2B CRM.
a €¢
Hands on proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio), Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
a €¢
Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPScript, and SQL for campaign customization and data segmentation.
a €¢
Previous experience in Automotive or B2B marketing.
