Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking foraSr. Solution Architecttodrivecloud managementrequirements forSupermicroEnterprisecustomers. In this role, theidealcandidateshould be able to demonstratethebuildingofarchitectural designblueprints, identify gapsin technology,test,troubleshootand implementcomplex software management solutions.

This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration between all stakeholders.

The successful applicantshould be experienced in data center operations, IT riskassessment, with a strong understanding oflife cycle managementfor AI factories.

Familiarity with virtualizationframeworks, networking, server system management,digital infrastructureandLiquid Cooledoperationsare mandatory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build strong credibility with customers and ensure a positive, productive experiencefor Supermicrosolutions

  • Develop and maintain reference materials such as user documentation, troubleshooting guides, scripts,surveys, process flow improvement andrunbooks.

  • Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency for both customers and internal product teams.

  • Collaborate with product, production, sales, and field technical teams to advocate customer needsand requirements.

  • Partner with internal development teams to driveproduct andprocess improvements based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 8 -10 years of experience in Server Management technologies in Data Centers, solution architect, product management, software development, Field support teams or related role
  • Experience working with Day0 through Day2 enterprise data center operations, Redfish RESTful APIs, redfish frameworks, Enterprise networking topologies, playbooks, Enterprise security infrastructure like LDAP/AD
  • Experience in architecting end-to-end solutions with an emphasis on scalable enterprise digital infrastructure footprints for modern AI data centers.

RequiredQualifications

  • Experience working in customer-facing technical rolesforcloud-basedsoftware products.
  • Strong understanding of consumer environments and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes frameworks, ELK, Prometheus and telemetry harvesting.
  • Comfortable in a lab setting and able to reproduce product defects effectively
  • Possess Analytical Problem-Solving skills.
  • Be a strategic thinker and willing to quickly adapt to IT industry trends and market.
  • Be a results-driven individual capable of driving and executing all stages of system development life cycle including requirements gathering, definition, architectural design, pen testing, fuzz testing and supporting enterprise strategies tailored to Supermicro's integrated software ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must, able to collaborate effectively across internal and external business units.
  • Master level knowledge of hardware architecture, network protocols, OS kernel debugging, HPC design and storage methodologies are a must.

Salary Range

$165,000 - $189,652

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
