Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The mission of Amazon Leo for Government (ALG) is to leverage Leo and provide high speed, low latency, and secure satellite broadband services to United States and allied government customers. This position will be working on the Product Management Team within ALG with significant interaction with the Leo Government Business Development team and Government customers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Work with business development and customers to help understand and refine their use cases and operational problems to solve. • Work with Engineering to invent new products or product features. • Create product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific customer verticals (local, state, federal, DoD, intelligence community) including use case prioritization and feature definition. • Work with leadership team to set the customer strategy and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch. • Research and identify new opportunities to innovate on behalf of our customers. • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. • Write proposals based on product and service offerings of the ALG Team.

Security Clearance: This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
