Job TitleProcurement ManagerJob DescriptionServe as the primary procurement contact, aligning material availability with customer demand and revenue goals. Develop and execute sourcing strategies across production and new product initiatives. Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timing, and material readiness. Track supplier performance, confirm delivery schedules, and communicate risks or changes. Identify and qualify alternate suppliers to mitigate shortages and reduce supply risk. Drive expediting efforts and supplier follow-ups to maintain consistent material flow. Optimize inventory levels and develop stocking strategies to improve efficiency. Analyze backlog, demand changes, and inventory updates to support decision-making. Strong experience with material sourcing and supplier management (electronics knowledge preferred). Proven ability to manage expediting, backlog, and on-time delivery performance. Advanced Excel and systems proficiency with strong analytical capability. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear status updates. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
