The Foundation Projects Senior Specialist drives the development and execution of high-impact nonprofit partnerships aligned with The Home Depot Foundation's corporate social responsibility strategy. This role manages the full grant lifecycle-including evaluation, award, payment, and reporting-while ensuring accurate data management and compliance within grant systems.
The Senior Specialist oversees multiple project budgets and nonprofit relationships, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen program effectiveness, partnerships, impact goals, and storytelling. This position also supports board meeting preparation and coordinates nonprofit board service for associates.
Additionally, the role designs and manages programs to deliver measurable community impact and advance the Foundation's portfolio using industry best practices. Success in this role requires strong operational execution, including cross-functional coordination, logistics management, and clear, timely communication with internal teams and external partners.
