    This job is part of the Inflight Administration team within the Inflight Division. This role supports the Inflight Administration team by managing critical processes that impact operational efficiency, including expense oversight and reimbursement programs. As a key resource for base operations, you’ll collaborate with Labor, Legal, and People teams while guiding flight attendants through compliance requirements and ensuring accountability.

    What you'll do

    • Oversee significant expense categories such as parking and reimbursement programs for Inflight operations.

    • Serve as the subject matter expert for base operations, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth administrative processes.

    • Manage the reimbursement process for leasing, including leading return-to-work meetings, explaining procedures, and guiding flight attendants through compliance steps.

    • Hold flight attendants accountable for timely completion of required processes.

    • Partner with Labor, Legal, and People teams on management-level issues to ensure alignment with company policies and contractual obligations.

    • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • 3+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or financial support roles.

     

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • Experience in airline operations or inflight administration.

    • Familiarity with labor agreements and compliance processes.

    • Previous experience managing expense oversight and reimbursement programs.

     

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    • Strong analytical and financial acumen.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple teams.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

    • Ability to travel up to 25% of time
