Job Summary

Responsible for acting as an internal business consultant providing analysis of sales performance to identify gaps. Presents findings and facilitates discussions, identifies performance gaps, creates solutions and assists in implementing solutions to keep individuals and teams performing at top levels.This role is part of a high-impact team focused on strategies, advanced solution integration and portfolio sales acceleration on behalf of media sales. Acting as a strategic partner to media sales, this position shapes how we engage clients with the launch innovative solutions and GTM strategies, and drive adoption across Comcast Advertising's offerings. The role combines elements of sales strategy and cross-functional orchestration, while introducing new concepts around solution enablement and innovation scaling.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Identifies gaps between core competency models and actual work performance through analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Commercialization, and Partnership teams.
  • Works with management to determine key factors creating performance gaps and assists in facilitating problem solving with the leadership team. Assists in remedying the underperforming factors in question by reducing or eliminating the performance gap.
  • Facilitates discussions within specific workgroups and across functional areas with the goal of assisting in uncovering new ways to improve the effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Develop internal strategies with Sales, and other partnering teams such as Learning & Performance and Change Management teams to drive adoption on various solutions
  • Coaches individuals and work teams on best practices and promotes cross-divisional best practices.
  • As a voice of media sales, partner with teams like Partnerships, Product, Commercialization, Data & Measurement, and Global Marketing teams to evaluate opportunities and align messaging.
  • Works with leadership and staff across the organization.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $85,632.08 - $128,448.13

This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $64,224.06 USD - $118,933.45.

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
