What Medical Sales Performance Administration contributes to Cardinal Health


The Medical Sales Performance Administration team is responsible for administering the Medical Sales Incentive Plans. The team builds & maintains sales hierarchies, customer connections to territories, product alignment to sales teams and performance calculations aligned to the strategies outlined in the Medical Sales Incentive Plans.

The Sr. Specialist, Sales Performance Operations Quality Assurance will be responsible for the coding of all USMPD accounts and support with establishing guidelines and create strict processes to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leaders to align territory coding accurately to expectations for the US Medical Product & Distribution (USMPD) business accounts
  • Work with offshore teams at GenPact to root cause coding requests
  • Generate meaningful reporting and metrics to be shared with senior sales leaders
  • Establish and maintain territory coding for the USMPD sales territories including acute, non-acute, and lab sales teams
  • Build reports using Excel and Alteryx

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Intermediate experience with Excel, required (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc)
  • Alteryx experience, preferred

Location: This position is remote. Candidates must be based within the United States and able to work EST or CST business hours.

Anticipated hourly range: $33.00 - $42.39 per hour
