Senior Specialist, Supply Planning & Order Management | $70K-$85K | Manufacturing Supply Chain

I'm partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Specialist, Supply Planning & Order Management who thrives at the center of supply chain operations and enjoys solving complex fulfillment challenges.

This is a highly visible role acting as the operational "control tower" between customer service, commercial teams, production planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure customers receive products on time while maximizing capacity and inventory performance.

Compensation

• $70,000-$85,000 base salary

What You'll Do

• Manage the order-to-fulfillment process and drive on-time customer delivery

• Lead backlog management, order prioritization, and supply allocation decisions

• Partner with production planners to align demand with manufacturing capacity

• Develop and maintain Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) processes

• Coordinate inventory strategies, customer stock builds, and fulfillment execution

• Serve as the key liaison between Commercial, Customer Service, Production Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain leadership

• Track and improve critical KPIs including OTIF, backlog aging, service levels, and capacity utilization

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in supply planning, order management, or supply chain operations

• Manufacturing experience within a high-volume or complex supply chain environment

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, production planning, capacity planning, and order fulfillment

• Advanced Excel and analytical problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions under supply constraints

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
