Pay or shift range: $70,000 USD to $85,000 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. As a result, we are growing quickly and are looking for energetic, motivated team members to expand our nest.Your Role and ImpactWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of the general ledger, spearhead month-end and year-end closing cycles, and maintain accuracy across all balance sheet accounts. Additionally, you will manage Accounts Payable functions with a specific focus on cash-system transactions and leverage AI tools to drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting. You will also lead or assist in finance/accounting projects that support senior management's decision-making.Day to Day ResponsibilitiesOversee the maintenance of the General Ledger and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and that financial data is accurate.Lead the month-end closing process to ensure timely financial reporting. Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information for monthly reports and financial analysis.Analyze significant variances and provide insights to senior management.Provide support during internal and external audits. Prepare audit schedules and work papers and perform FS / TB / GL line and specific account detail reconciliations.Manage and reconcile daily cash transactions. Monitor bank balances and oversee cash-system transaction workflows within AP and AR.Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows to improve data integrity and reporting speed.Perform additional accounting/finance projects and analyses assigned.Your Profile6+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite), advanced Excel, and Power BI.Experience with inventory and cost management and cycle counts is a plus.Ability to mentor junior staff and manage high-volume transactional workflows.Detail-oriented, strong communication and problem-solving skillsMandarin language skills (speaking and listening) are preferred.What's in it for you:Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options401k with company matchPaid Time OffCompany provided equipmentOffice Presence : Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days local offsiteEnvironment : Normal office conditions.Physical Effort : Work requires infrequent physical demandsHazards : Negligible, little or no exposure to hazardsAt ViewSonic, our mission is to provide excellence in visual experience by combining products, solutions, and ecosystem developments.
