Senior Staff Accountant – High-Growth Opportunity

In this role, you’ll:
- Lead sales reporting, reconciliations, and monthly commission calculations that support our expanding operations.
- Drive monthly close activities, prepare consolidated financial statements, and provide insightful variance analysis to leadership.
- Play a key role in due diligence and integration activities for mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage sales tax filings, business licenses, audit schedules, and tax support while continuously improving processes.
- Conduct financial, cost, and operational analysis in a dynamic manufacturing and distribution environment.
This is a high-visibility position with real impact — not a routine accounting role. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully as the company continues its strong growth trajectory.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience in a medium-to-large manufacturing or distribution organization
- Hands-on experience working with external auditors, banks, or in public accounting
