As a Sr Staff Spec Product Marketing in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building longlasting partnerships that thrive on success.     Your Role

    Key responsibilities in your new role

    • In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of product marketing and product/portfolio management for your assigned specialty memory products (NORFlash, SRAM, F-RAM, and others) in high-performance, mission-critical markets including automotive, industrial, and data center computing
    • You will manage products across the entire product lifecycle, including market opportunity evaluation, business case development, marketing collateral creation, training execution, and product launch. Following launch, you will regularly evaluate and optimize the business performance of assigned product families. You will also develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with central marketing team members
    • In cooperation with the technical marketing organization, you will also contribute to defining next-generation products and solutions

    Your Profile

    Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

    • You are an ambitious semiconductor professional who is passionate about product management and marketing. Ideal candidates have technical and market experience relevant to digital systems and ICs, including microcontrollers, FPGAs, and memories
    • You may have a background in technical sales, field applications engineering, semiconductor product marketing, semiconductor product management, applications engineering, or technical semiconductor procurement. Alternatively, you may come from a systems engineering, semiconductor product design, or semiconductor product engineering background and are eager to expand into a highly visible business role
    • You leverage strong written and verbal communication skills as a vocal champion for your assigned product lines and work seamlessly to build consensus, create alignment, and efficiently execute across globally diverse cross-functional teams
    • You can work well within defined, highly structured processes, and you are also eager to contribute to growth by identifying and driving change opportunities through improved product concepts, marketing methods, and operational processes

    San Jose, CA: Minimum of $150,560.00 Salary per year/ Maximum of $207,020.00 Salary per year

    In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
