Primary Duties and Responsibilities

This position works primarily in a warehouse environment. You will perform receiving functions, stock, pick/pack, and deliver medical supplies from the Distribution Center (UCDC) to UCLA Health's hospital and ambulatory clinics.
Responsibilities include:
Salary Range: $23.27-28.92 Hourly

Required:
Current CA Driver's License with good driving record (subject to DMV Pull).
Experience in inventory or warehouse management system.
Ability to operate a University vehicle to deliver supplies to multiple off-site locations.
Ability to push/pull up to 100 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience utilizing heavy duty transport carts, furniture dollies, supply dollies, cargo van, box truck, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, and forklift.
Ability to maintain equipment, truck, and van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
Demonstrated knowledge of materials management information system and other vendor software.
Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Strong communication skills with a strong customer service emphasis.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer skills.
Ability to strictly obey the healthcare regulations for infection control.
Consistently maintains good guest relations interdepartmentally, intra-departmentally, using English language in both written and verbal format.
