    Description

    Sr Strategic Sourcing Consultant

    As a Strategic Sourcing Consultant, you will play a key role in driving procurement strategies that deliver value, reduce risk, and support business objectives across the organization. You will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and partner closely with executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to develop and implement effective, business-focused solutions.

    What you can expect:

    • As part of the Procurement team, you will act as the key point of contact for internal business units regarding the sourcing of new and existing products and services.

    • Lead and execute complex RFX’s (RFI, RFQ, RFP) – including needs assessment, information gathering, stakeholder discussions, drafting of RFX’s, vendor research, vendor negotiations, analysis and presentation of results.

    • Develop and analyze data to model various business scenarios that evaluate costs, risks, impact, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.

    • Work hand in hand with stakeholders, vendors and legal counsel to draft, negotiate and manage contracts (master agreements, license agreements, SOW’s etc.) for complex related products and services.   

    • Build robust working relationships with business partners in order to create alignment concerning sourcing strategies and procurement process for products & services. 

    • Manage key vendor relationships to ensure business needs are being met and ensuring competitive, sustainable solutions to the business.

    • Be counted on as a leader among peers by helping drive initiatives, supporting team collaboration, and bringing a positive, solutions-focused approach to the group.

    What we’re looking for:

    • 7-10 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.

    • Bachelor’s degree required.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills including report/proposal preparation, presentations to Executives and all levels of Management. 

    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

    The starting pay range for this position is:

    $109,500.00 - $146,200.00

    Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
