Sr. Structural Project Engineer

We’re seeking a Lead Structural Project Engineer to manage complex building design work and guide technical delivery across commercial and vertical construction projects. This role is a strong fit for a licensed structural engineer who can lead design execution, coordinate with project teams, and support high-quality structural solutions from concept through construction documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design efforts for commercial buildings, high-rise structures, towers, and related vertical construction projects.• Develop and review structural systems involving steel, concrete, beams, foundations, lateral systems, and seismic design requirements.• Coordinate with architects, BIM teams, and internal engineering disciplines to support accurate and constructible project deliverables.• Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and construction documents.• Review models, resolve technical design issues, and support project communication through design and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license required.• 7+ years of structural engineering experience preferred.• Strong knowledge of AISC, concrete design principles, building codes, and seismic requirements.• Experience with structural analysis software such as ETABS, STAAD, STRUDL, SAP, RISA, or RAM.• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, or related design documentation tools.• Background supporting commercial, multi-story, or large-scale building projects.• Ability to lead technical work, manage priorities, and coordinate with multi-discipline project teams.• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
