Senior Project Superintendent
Reporting into senior project leadership, the Senior Project Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure successful project delivery from mobilisation through completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Driving a proactive safety culture across subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Partnering closely with Project Managers to manage program, staffing, and project financial performance
- Developing, monitoring, and updating detailed project schedules, including short-term look-ahead planning
- Coordinating and leading subcontractor performance, workflow sequencing, and site logistics
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting, compliance records, and close-out activities
- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support successful project outcomes

The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 8 years of construction field leadership and project execution experience
- Proven experience leading large, complex industrial, mission-critical, manufacturing, data centre, or similar projects
- Ground-up industrial construction experience strongly preferred
- Hyperscale data centre and semiconductor project exposure considered highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop field personnel and subcontractor teams
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, sequencing, and document interpretation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction technology platforms
- Experience with Procore, JDE, scheduling software, and related project management tools preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel nationally and relocate between projects as business needs require

- Base salary approximately $160,000 - $180,000 (DOE)
- Additional travel and subsistence incentives with potential annual value of $30,000 - $50,000
