Job Description
Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve project challenges. Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel. Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct inspections to maintain high-quality standards and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with project managers to forecast resource needs and manage project budgets. Maintain a professional relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. Superintendent should have: Strong background in managing private construction projects in the South Shore area. Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring timely project delivery. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Experience with safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
