Main Purpose of the Role
The Sr Supply Chain Master Data Analyst serves as the functional expert for Supply Chain master data, systems, and reporting. This role is responsible for governing item master data, supporting SAP and Kinaxis planning systems, developing reporting and analytics solutions, and partnering across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, R&D, and IT to ensure accurate data, effective system performance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line functional support for Supply Chain systems, resolving issues related to master data, planning, purchasing, inventory, and reporting.
Lead Supply Chain system enhancement initiatives that improve business processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.
Drives a culture of excellence in analysis and execution while taking ownership of identified issues in supply chain to drive quantifiable solutions and positive business results.
Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytical solutions that support operational decision-making and Supply Chain performance.
Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and governance of Supply Chain master data while ensuring compliance with established policies and SOX controls.
Work with Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to support Product Launch data.
Investigate data quality issues, reporting discrepancies, and system-related concerns to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
Participates in functional training and cross-functional coaching
Maintain documentation including business requirements, SOP's, data mappings, report specifications.
Support testing, validation, deployment, and user adoption of new item master data changes, system configuration changes, and reporting capabilities.
Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.

Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Business Analytics or other related discipline required
5+ years of progressive experience supporting Supply Chain operations, master data management, business analytics, ERP systems, or related business functions.
Experience with relational databases, data warehouses, enterprise reporting environments, and Supply Chain systems.
Strong PC applications and software skills (i.e. MS Office including Excel, Access, Word and Power Point)
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment building strong partnerships and driving sustainable results.
