SKIMS is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager &amp&semi Operations Analyst with strong operations management experience&period This position is critical in supporting the company&CloseCurlyQuotes operational strategies for exponential growth and establishing operational excellence&period

Key Responsibilities

  • <&excl--block-->Lead and manage large scale operations and logistics projects&comma from concept through execution&comma including product launches&comma network optimization&comma and process improvements<&solli>
  • <&excl--block-->Create project trackers with deadlines and tasks with clear communication of milestones&comma roles&solresponsibilities&comma and deadlines to completion<&solli>
  • <&excl--block-->Manage project scope&comma budgets&comma risks&comma and timelines using structured project management methodologies<&solli>
  • <&excl--block-->Synthesize and connect data from several sources into manageable data points to support operations&comma and logistics projects<&solli>
  • <&excl--block-->Drive cross-functional communication and ensure stakeholder alignment at all levels of the organization<&solli>
  • <&excl--block-->Oversee vendor and supplier coordination on projects&comma ensuring compliance with timelines&comma quality standards&comma and contractual obligations<&solli>
  • <&excl--block-->Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement<&solli>
  • <&excl--block-->Lead change management efforts related to system implementations&comma process redesigns&comma organizational shifts<&solli>

Skills&comma Knowledge & Expertise

  • <&excl--block-->Bachelor&CloseCurlyQuotes degree minimum&comma in supply chain management&comma logistics&comma business management&comma or related field<&solli>
  • <&excl--block-->5-7 years of related work experience including data analysis and project management within the logistics&comma warehousing&comma supply chain&comma manufacturing field necessary<&solli>
  • <&excl--block-->Must be a critical thinker&comma self-starter&comma with strong problem-solving skills<&solli>
  • <&excl--block-->Advanced computer skills&comma specifically Microsoft Office software &lparExcel&comma Word&comma Outlook&comma PowerPoint - experience with creating executive presentations&rpar&comma Power BI&comma Looker&comma Tableau<&solli>
