Overview
<\/h3>

Owns end -to -end supply planning for finished goods in a fast -paced CPG environment. Serves as the link between demand, inventory, and suppliers to ensure product availability, manage risk, and optimize cost and service levels.
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>

  • Lead supply planning and purchase/transfer order management
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Optimize inventory to prevent stockouts and excess
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage vendor performance and resolve supply issues
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Analyze forecasts, supply risks, and KPIs to drive improvements
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Develop planning tools, dashboards, and process enhancements
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support cost -reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications
    <\/h3>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
      <\/p><\/li>

    • 5+ years of supply or production planning experience (CPG preferred)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Advanced Excel and ERP/inventory system experience
      <\/p><\/li>

    • APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Success Metrics
      <\/h3>

      • Inventory turns and stockout rate (≤2%)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • PO accuracy and cycle time
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Forecast accuracy and on -time delivery
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Cost savings achieved
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
