The Opportunity
We are looking for versatile, curious, and energetic Software Engineers to help build Intelligent Commerce platforms at Visa. As a Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of a lean, multi‑functional engineering team inventing, designing, building, and operating software products that power next‑generation commerce experiences at global scale.
You will work on systems that enable AI‑driven, agent‑based commerce, spanning merchant experiences, backend services, APIs, and intelligent workflows. While building components of Visa’s payment and commerce platforms, you will see your work directly shaping the future of digital transactions and intelligent buying experiences worldwide.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications • 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Experience building and operating full‑stack, production‑grade services • Exposure to AI, intelligent systems, or platform‑oriented products is a plus. The estimated salary range for this position is $110,700.00 to $ 171,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
