Description
Responsibilities:
The function of the System Administrator position is to plan, design, develop, document, implement, and maintain Server and network infrastructure.
This includes oversight of all data center hardware, projects, telecommunication and network functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred.
At least 5+ years experience in maintaining Data Center infrastructure (On-premise or Cloud), Virtualization, Disaster Recovery, Backup and Recovery, Windows Active Directory, MS Exchange Server and MS SQL Server administration.
Microsoft certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Azure Administrator certifications, VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent industry certification preferred.
Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESX or Microsoft HyperV/Virtual Server. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
Sound Knowledge of Cisco Call Manger and Contact Center is required. Knowledge of Cisco Router and switching experience a plus
Experience within various security standards (HIPAA, SOX, PCI etc..) a plus.
Excellent communication and documentation skills; experience in dealing tactfully with a variety of people.
