Coordinate infrastructure installation, upgrade, and support activities between Mckesson infrastructure personnel and systems analysts.
Work as a liaison between the SPUH infrastructure team, Clinical Business IT teams, and Mckesson support to ensure that infrastructure, Paragon-related patches, updates, environment changes, and upgrades are properly prepared for and communicated to Clinical Business IT teams.
Be responsible for monitoring clinical system backups and ensuring that all Paragon infrastructure monitoring technologies are functional and enhanced as needed.
Perform systems administration and management activities for the assigned system, i.e., day-to-day maintenance, system patches, performance monitoring, and assurance that backup and archival procedures are executed per guidelines.
Support applications throughout the hospital in terms of product evaluation, hardware/software resource requirements, installation, and ongoing support.
