POSITION TITLE: Sr. Systems Administrator
POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for optimizing the company's NetSuite ERP/Salesforce and other systems. Configuring and customizing the platform, overseeing user roles and permissions, and developing workflows, dashboards, and reports. Responsible for integrating streamline processes across finance and operations to maximize NetSuite’s efficiency. Train users, create system documentation, and provide ongoing support. Telecommuting permitted up to 95% within the U.S. Travel required up to 5% to company HQ in Seattle, WA.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree* in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or the foreign degree equivalent, plus 5 years of experience as a NetSuite/Salesforce/System Admin. Experience must include at least 2 years of experience in each of the following:
1. Managing and configuring ERP and Sales tools, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring platform reliability and performance, and managing sandbox environments, system updates, and patch deployments.
2. Designing, developing, and implementing API integrations that connect business systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
3. Designing, maintaining, and distributing business reports and dashboards using tools such as NetSuite Analytics, Salesforce Reports/Dashboards, or external BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
4. Overseeing data migrations, cleansing, and importing between systems.
5. Maintaining security, backups, and disaster recovery policies related to business applications.
6. Creating business process automation using NetSuite Workflows or Salesforce Automation to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
7. Ensuring data integrity across systems with routine audits, cleanups, and reconciliation, including managing access controls, security roles, and data protection compliance.
8. Serving as the first line of support for system-related inquiries and incidents.
9. Training users across teams and developing and maintaining documentation for key processes and tools.
*In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in one of above-listed fields, employer will accept an additional 2 years of experience as a NetSuite/Salesforce/System Admin.
Experience may be gained concurrently.
SALARY: Salary range of $161,138 per year to $165,000 per year

LOCATION OF EMPLOYMENT: Full time; 40 hours/week. Position at Carbon Autonomous Robotic Systems Inc. in Seattle, WA. Telecommuting permitted up to 95% within the U.S. Travel required up to 5% to company HQ in Seattle, WA.
