Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge therapy devices within the Pelvic Health Portfolio. Must Have:

  • Senior Test Integration Engineer experience

Nice to Have:

  • API Testing
  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Management

Top 3 Skill Sets Required:

  • Test method development & execution
  • Technical issue diagnosis (with specialty preferred but not required in domains of software, firmware, and electrical/telemetry)
  • Good documentation practices

Main Responsibilities/Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Establishing and executing "end-to-end" user-level integration/informal testing of a therapy system
  • Working with cross-functional teams to identify the causes of system-level observations and issues
  • Executing formal Verification-level testing

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems.
  • Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

  • Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.

  • Leadership and Talent Management: May provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area. May manage projects, requiring delegation of work and review of others' work product.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • May have practical knowledge of project management.
  • Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
