Join our innovative team in Minneapolis, MN, where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Spinal Cord Systems, including Patient Instruments, Implantable Stimulators, and External Stimulators. We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in system integration and verification to contribute to our mission of enhancing patient outcomes. Must Have Functional System Testing Key Responsibilities Develop Tests Execute Tests Identify Issues with the Product (failed tests) Additional Information Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation. Evaluate alternatives including cost and risk, supportability, and analyses for total systems. Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions. Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies. As a specialist, you will deliver and/or manage projects and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. You may act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other lower-level professionals. Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in system integration and verification. Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or Software (SW). Advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Practical knowledge of project management is a plus. Work Environment This role requires a flexible work schedule with at least 4 days a week onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Interviews are planned to start in early April, with a target start date in the first week of May 2026.
