Description

The Senior Systems Engineer(M365) is a senior-level infrastructure professional responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems across a global, multi-office environment. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise combined with the ability to lead by example, guide other engineers, and take ownership of complex technical outcomes.

This position is suited for a senior engineer who enjoys staying close to the technology, proactively solving problems, and supporting a team to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

Core Engineering Responsibilities

  • Design, build, operate, and support Cloud infrastructure (M365, Azure,etc..)
  • Serve as a senior technical escalation point (Tier 3) for complex infrastructure issues, including incident response and root-cause analysis
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and cloud services across enterprise environments
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and storage utilization, and proactively address risks, capacity issues, and technical debt
  • Plan and execute system upgrades and improvements to support growth, stability, and security
  • Implement and maintain security standards and controls across infrastructure platforms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, standards, and procedures
