The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the Medical Devices industry that is looking to hire Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist 100% Remote.
 
Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and medical device sales positions. This role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to hire managers, driving high-quality hiring outcomes while providing market insights, recruiting best practices, and exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, requires minimal supervision, and thrives in a high-volume recruiting environment.
 
Additional Details:
Pay range: $30 - $40/hour on W2 as per your experience
Contract Length: 12 Months with the possibility of extension 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for a variety of positions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, employee referrals, job boards, and industry events to attract active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide recruiting best practices, market insights, and guidance on recruiting processes and tools.
  • Promote and communicate the organization's culture and employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices to continuously improve recruiting strategies.
  • Drive operational efficiencies while managing a high-volume recruitment workload.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as a recruiting consultant by providing strategic guidance and sharing best practices across the organization.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
OR
  • High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of recruitment experience.
 
Required Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience supporting Medical Device Sales positions.
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consultative recruiting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
 
 
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
