Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Advise on the end-to-end recruitment process for roles of varying complexity, providing insights and recommendations to the hiring managers 
Manage candidate/ requisition lifecycle in ATS with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity for reporting 
·         Apply advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates 

·         Provide strategic input on candidate selection by screening applicants for expertise and qualifications, organizational fit, and leadership potential 

·         Ensure the recruitment process delivers a people first candidate experience and is inclusive and equitable 

·         Work collaboratively by sharing content on social media and promoting open roles, as well as building pipelines for hard to fill roles through these platforms 

·         Negotiate effectively with candidates and lead complex offer discussions 

·         May represent organization by attending local or regional career fairs as needed
