Position Responsibilities:  The Senior Tax Analyst works with the company's indirect tax team and compliance team on audit defense, tax computation, and payment documentation As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will assist in the resolution of Information Technology (IT) help-desk tickets and customer service-related questions as well as aiding in the implementation and maintenance of technical issues with Vertex O-series software This role will maintain the property tax calendar, coordinate payment of personal property taxes, manage tax savings projects, and handle personal property tax budgeting within the accounting framework You will serve as the point of contact for auditors, respond promptly to their inquiries, and resolve notices and correspondence from state and local governments, all within the accounting context Additionally, you will assist in the maintenance and reconciliation of accrued sales & use tax and personal property tax liabilities in accordance with accounting practices Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience:  Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)   Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
