We're hiring a Senior Tax Manager to join a growing CPA firm.

We're seeking an experienced tax professional with a strong public accounting background and a passion for working with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

What we're looking for: • 7+ years of current public accounting experience with a focus on taxation
• Strong knowledge of federal and California tax law, GAAP, and related filings
• Experience with small to mid-size businesses and complex individual returns
• Ability to manage workflow, supervise staff, and serve as a trusted client advisor
• Proficiency in Lacerte and QuickBooks (desktop and online)
• California CPA license preferred; MST a plus

What you'll do: • Lead client relationships and provide tax and planning guidance
• Review and prepare complex returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts
• Oversee tax projections, deadlines, and workflow
• Mentor and develop tax staff while continuing to grow your own expertise
